Safety Policy
1. A staff member will meet each child at his car and escort them into the building. Attendance will be taken by another staff member as children depart and enter. Upon departure, each child will be taken to his/her car. To guarantee each child’s safety, parents will be provided with a sign that must be used to pick up their child each day.
2. Each room will have a staff member present at all times. When not possible, a room will be closed. No child is left alone or unsupervised.
3. In case of a general emergency, (loss of power, heat, or water) parents or emergency contacts will be notified to come and pick up the children. In case of an emergency where the school must be evacuated, the children and staff will walk to St. Joan of Arc school, the files will be taken and parents or emergency contacts will be instructed to pick up their children at that location.
4. When an illness, accident or injury that requires first aid treatment, a bump or blow to the head, emergency transporting or an unusual or unexpected event which jeopardizes the safety of children or staff, an incident/injury report will be completed in accordance with rule 5101:2-12-34 of the Administrative Code.
5. The administrator and staff members are required to immediately notify the children’s service agency when it is suspected that a child has been abused or neglected. Each staff member has been trained in First Aid and Child Abuse Recognition.
Emergency Medical and Accident Policies Tuition Schedule
1. Each child shall have on file at the school a completed Emergency Transportation Authorization Form.

2. In the event of a severe medical or dental problem or an accident occurs, the following procedures will be observed. 
A. The rescue squad will be notified. 
B. First aid will be administered until help arrives. 
C. Attempts will be made to contact parents or other designated persons.
D. If the child must be transported to the hospital by rescue vehicle one of our staff members will accompany the child with his records.

3. A child who is considered to be a danger to other children or staff may be permanently expelled.
3 year old program-Tuesday & Thursday
AM or PM (3 years old by September 30)
Registration fee-$50.00 (due at time of registration)
Tuition-$100.00 per month

PRE-K Program-Monday, Wednesday & Friday
AM or PM (4 years old by September 30)
Registration fee-$50.00 (due at time of registration)
Tuition-$130.00 per month

PRE-K Program-Monday-Friday
Option 1: AM Mon., Wed. & Fri. with PM classes Tues. & Thur.
Option 2: Mon-Fri PM
(4 years old by September 30)
Registration fee-$50.00 (due at time of registration)
Tuition-$220.00 per month

Registration fees are not refundable. We request 2 weeks notice for withdrawal from our program.

Tuition is due on the first school day of each month. However, September and May tuition are to be paid in September. If this presents a financial burden, payment arrangements can be made. Make your checks payable to All Saints Nursery School. If tuition can not be paid on time, arrangements need to be made with the administrator.
